Parents In Cyberbullying Advocacy
From Bystanders to Leaders is an advocacy toolkit developed within the PARTICIPATE project to help parents, parent leaders, and organisations advocate more effectively on bullying and cyberbullying prevention. It explains what advocacy is, how to craft clear evidence-based messages, how to identify targets, and how to choose practical tools such as policy briefs, research summaries, media articles, case studies, and training activities. Grounded in children’s rights, family engagement, resilience, and collaboration, the toolkit supports parents in moving from concern to informed action, helping shape safer, more inclusive digital and school environments.
